Development of Moroccan Drones: Aerodrive Signs a Financing Agreement

During the 2nd edition of National Industry Day, Soufiane Ammagui, a Moroccan engineer and innovator, marked a decisive milestone for his company, Aerodrive, by signing a financing agreement with the Ministry of Industry and the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM). This funding, granted under the Innovation Support Fund (FSI), aims to accelerate the development of Moroccan drones (unmanned aerial systems) designed by Aerodrive.

With this support, the company will be able to quickly market its drones and launch a production unit with a capacity of 1,000 systems per year.

Ammagui also highlighted that this competitive technology would enable Morocco to establish a strong position in both the national and international markets, with particular attention to the African continent.
