Digital: Timberwolf, a subsidiary of WB Africa now a shareholder in the capital of Touch Media

The Communications Group WB Africa has become, through its subsidiary Digital Timberwolf, a shareholder in the capital of the company TOUCH MEDIA Morocco and subsidiaries in France, Tunisia and Senegal. This investment is part of a strategic partnership enabling WB Africa to strengthen the digital communication service offerings for its Moroccan and African customers, while enabling TOUCH MEDIA to rely on the African network of WB Africa to continue its expansion in Africa.

Mr. Moncef Belkhayat, president of WB AFRICA, said on this occasion that “this strategic partnership with TOUCH MEDIA in the digital sector allows us to consolidate our leadership in Morocco and to open up to Africa through the TOUCH MEDIA subsidiaries based in Paris, Tunis and Dakar. Through this operation WB AFRICA is now present through direct subsidiaries in 7 African countries with a consolidated net turnover of 52 million US dollars for the year 2016 . ”

Mr. Mohamed Mezian, founder of TOUCH MEDIA, said they were “pleased to partner with a leader in communications and media in Africa.” “This acquisition will enable us to grow faster and capitalize on our expertise and that of WB AFRICA to conquer the African market,” he adds.
